ABOUT
It all began in Assam
We manifested SIR dreaming about
authentic South Indian taste of
MTR Bengaluru, CTR and many
more restaurants of the southern states where we ourselves tasted loads of items on the menu.
Once we got the taste of the wonderful cuisines we were served,
we only dreamt of bringing it to the eastern point of Assam, our home town, Tinsukia.
There have been days when we work on the sambar and the coconut chutney since morning to bring out the perfect blending of taste, love and happiness.
We are working on bringing SIR to other corners of our state.
The dream of serving top notch Dosas, Idli, Vada, Uttapam, Upma stands at out top most priority and we love to keep working on our recipes.
